Meetings held:
- 15th January 2021 at 6 pm (Turkey)/5 pm (Romania) on Google Classroom Meet (Topic: Getting to know each other, our organizations and areas as well as the mobility program)
- 11th March 2021 at 3pm (Romania)- teachers involved in the project held a meeting face-to-face to discuss the project activities to be carried out and to share responsibilities within the project activities with the purpose to implement successfully the project.
- 6th September 2021– meeting with the participants involved in the project activities to prepare the mobility in Turkey. Unfortunately, 4 teachers expressed their concern about travelling to Turkey in the context of the pandemic considering the risks and the restrictions as 3 of them do not have the vaccine anti corona virus and they agreed to be replaced with other teachers from other college who are willing to participate in the mobility and are related to the issues dealt with in the Erasmus project. Therefore, a second transparent selection was organized the same day within the teachers of our college.
- 19th October 2021– Project meeting with all teachers that are going to be involved in the mobility activities in Turkey. We made arrangements for transfer to the airport, check-in, travel insurance and discussed the agenda proposed by our course provider and the mobility expected outcomes. The participants were assigned tasks to be accomplished during the mobility according to the implementation Plan. Documents concerning mobility and finances were signed by the participants to the future mobility.
- 19th November 2021– Project meeting (after the dissemination session at college level). We analysed the mobility activities, the information assimilated and planned future dissemination activities at college, CJRAE, regional and community level and discussed the aspects to be included in the project brochure and the Action Plan to be elaborated for our college. Also, the necessity of completing the individual reports and the problems encountered by the fact that some participants did not get the link for the individual report.
