Back to Sibiu, Romania, the participants were eager to share the knowledge they gained throughout the mobility in Turkey (29th October- 7th November 2021) and to put into practice the new didactical methods learnt in order to make their classes more attractive for students in order to motivate and encourage them to attend classes on a daily basis and avoid early drop out.
Here are some of the dissemination activities we underwent:

- Project dissemination at college level during the Staff Council of our college on 16th November 2021. Teachers were presented briefly the project activities and were invited to attend the Dissemination session on 19th November 2021.
- Dissemination session within our college on 19th November 2021 in school canteen. 30 people attended the activity and got acquainted to the information disseminated regarding the mobility activities and the new methods and strategies learnt in Turkey. They also got involved in practical activities and learned some motivational games to be used in class in order to make their lessons more appealing and to help students integrate in group more easily.
Dissemination seminar on 20th December 2021 at CCD Sibiu. Teachers from different local and regional schools and other person from the local inspectorate (ISJ Sibiu) and CJRAE attended the awareness seminar presented by M. Serkut Kizanlikli, the Turkish partner, and the dissemination activity and got acquainted with the information disseminated regarding the mobility activities and the new methods and strategies learnt in Turkey as well as with Erasmus plus and eTwinning projects.
Dissemination session within the Erasmus+ Seminar on 21st November 2021 at Timișoara. Teachers from different schools from western part of the country attended the seminar, an opportunity for our colleagues (Corina Turcu, Ioana Matiu and Elena Popa) and the Turkish partner (Mr. Serkut Kizanlikli) to disseminate the activities carried out within the Erasmus project Never say No to school and its outcomes.
